Dear All,

I hope you all had a well deserved break and are raring to go in 2010.

In order to help clubs and you with processing the data for your region,
I have put together a club performance report (see attached). There is one
report for each discipline (i.e. TRI, TRS and DMT). I know there are a
few problems with DMT performers bouncing for different clubs but am working
to iron out these anomalies. On each of these reports, there are bookmarks
on the left hand side that will allow you to quickly navigate to the club
you wish. These reports are also now available from the bg-coaches.org
website through the regional information page or by following this link
http://www.bg-coaches.org/clubperformancereport.php. All the regional

These reports are generated using Microsoft Access and require the raw
SWEDATA.xls generated by Swescore. If you wish your regional results to
continue to be a part of these reports, please make sure that when you
submit your regional results, they are submitted in this format please as
the time spent on turning the results from the regional format is very
time consuming. I am also making this template available for you to use within
your region so that regional clubs can more easily keep track of their
performers at Regional E and below should you wish to

I have also attached the Regional D status as we believe it to be. Please
can you circulate this within your region and any disagreements need to
be addressed with Andrew Wood, our current scores coordinator on
tramp.scores@british-gymnastics.org.

After having sat through all the data myself, there are an awful lot of
regions sending in results without BG numbers attached to each of the
performers. In order to ensure that the volunteers working with the data
are not over worked, we are going to enforce the rule that requires regions
to submit results to Andrew within 7 days and with all BG numbers. If the BG
number is not present, these scores will automatically be removed and the
scores and percentages will be recalculated. In addition to this, we are
sending all the BG numbers to BG for checking. This will enable us to
make sure people are all registered with BG and that all BG numbers are valid.
Any numbers that do not check out with BG or are listed as lapsed or
invalid will also be removed from the results. It is very important that all the
results sent to Andrew have valid BG numbers clearly laid out on the
results.

I hope these files help and we aim to keep them as up to date as often as
possible.
