6 May 2004 - Congratulations to Gail Kozlowski who qualified fro Grade 1 at the Grade 2 competition on Sunday 2nd May.
13 March 2004 - Return of the features page. Almost a year to the day since the last entry the Features page has been resurrected after some positive feadback in the Guest Book. The objective of this page was to give short news stories on the people and goings on at the club. This is the page where competition reports and coaches history can currently be found and in the future I hope that club members will contribute many articles to be displayed here. Any item of news of club Gossip can be put here however long or short a story. Please submit entries by e-mail to Michelle.

16 March 2003 - National Schools Finals - Huge congratulations to Emma, Emma, Gail and Rachel who finished 2nd in the Under 13 Girls Open event, they have finished in the top 3 at this level 2 years in a row. Full story coming soon...

26 January 2003 - Zonal Schools, Northern Ireland - Congratulations to all 9 competitors in Northern Ireland, especially to Emma Borthwick, Gail Kozlowski, and Rachel Hogg who qualified for the National Finals. For full results click here
19 January 2003 - New Leotard Debut - Gail Kozlowski performed in the prototype of the new VerteX leotard. It went down a storm.
5 December 2002 - Regional Schools 2002 - Another fantastic year in the schools for VerteX members. We will be taking 9 competitors to Northern Ireland in January - 3 individuals and 2 teams. Congratulations to everyone who took part. Click here for full results.

7 September 2002 - Registrations for 2003. All registrations are now in, and we have 21 people registered to compete with us for the coming year. The Team Member pages have now been updated to reflect the new registrations.
5 September 2002 - New Leotard update. There have been 22 submitted designs for our new leotard. Every session one of these will be voted off until we have 1 left. Make your votes count!!
16 August 2002 - Competition Confirmed. We will be hosting a Grade 3-6 competition at Ashington Leisure Centre in March 2003.
1 July 2002 - Cowgate 8 June 2002. Congratulations to Phillippa, Harry and Emma B. who all qualified for the next grade at this competition. See full competition results here.
1 July 2002 - Update. The vote has finally been closed, with the vote going overwhelmingly in favour of remaining competitive. Keep your eyes peeled for the next vote coming soon.....
12 May 2002 - Club Status vote. Following discussions during club sessions, it has come about that some people would prefer VerteX to be a recreational club rather than competitive.
26 April 2002 - VerteX Kangaroo. The Vote has now closed and the winner with 62 % of the votes is the kangaroo with the VerteX Leotard. Thanks to everyone who voted.
14 April 2002 - Grade 3-6. Congratulations to Phillipa Firth who qualified for Grade 2 at this event.
21 March 2002 - National Schools Final. This year was our most successful year ever in the Schools competition, with of our members competing in the Regional round. 9 of these qualified for the Zonal finals and 5 qualified for the National Finals. More info and pictures...
